Founder of Bonita Wellness Institute
Rozsa Dimando is a dedicated health enthusiast and educator who is passionate about promoting holistic well-being and mindfulness in everyday life. With a diverse background in teaching, mentoring, and coaching, Rozsa has established herself as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, meditation instructor, and workplace wellness advocate.
Rozsa graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, equipped with the knowledge and expertise to guide individuals towards optimal health and wellness. Since then, she has been actively working as a health coach, assisting clients in making positive lifestyle changes and empowering them to achieve their wellness goals.
Rozsa's journey into mindfulness began when she discovered the transformative power of meditation. Inspired by her own experiences, she became a meditation instructor, sharing her knowledge and guiding others on their inner journeys towards peace and self-discovery. Through online and in-person learning, she teaches workplace well-being, mindful living, and meditation, helping individuals find balance, reduce stress, and cultivate greater awareness in their lives.
Prior to her work as a health coach and meditation instructor, Rozsa's teaching and mentoring career began more than 20 years ago when she taught English as a second language in Budapest. She later transitioned into mentoring teams and leaders in the hospitality industry, both at hotel and corporate levels. Her passion for education and guidance has continued to grow over the years, and she has channeled it into creating online courses, designing websites and logos, and developing brand guidelines to support others in their professional endeavors.
With a strong commitment to sustainability and the well-being of both people and the planet, Rozsa has been an advocate for organic produce and harmful chemical-free cleaning and self-care products. She believes in the importance of promoting a healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle for the benefit of individuals and the environment.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Rozsa finds joy in exploring the world and as an avid cook she finds delight in the culinary arts. Her beloved dog, Mr. Winston, holds a special place in her heart and brings her immense joy.
Rozsa is a learner of living a meaningful and graceful life, constantly seeking personal growth and fulfillment. She also has a keen interest in growing and propagating plants and herbs, with a particular passion for growing pineapples.
Furthermore, Rozsa has established herself as the founder of the PALM Certification ™ for Workplace Wellness, a comprehensive program that equips organizations with the tools and knowledge to prioritize employee well-being and create a thriving workplace culture.
