It is a comprehensive, health-focused mix of actions, policies, events, and guidance that an organization or an individual implements with the goal of improving their employees' or their own mental, physical, environmental, financial, and social well-being while increasing profit, productivity, employee engagement, and reducing cost by improving retention, employee health and morale.

Our Workplace Wellness Assessment is created based on international standards and will provide you with a baseline measurement, and an overview of the successes, opportunities, and values of your organization's wellness initiatives.

Each answer scores 0-5 and is evaluated by 5 criteria:

• Investment level
• Difficulty of implementation
• Contribution to overall well-being
• Valued by employee
• Uncommonness level

This assessment is required prior to applying for our PALM Certification™. If your scores don't qualify you for the PALM Certification™, you will still receive a 30-minute workplace wellness consultation included with this assessment.

Once your assessment has been submitted and reviewed by our team, we will contact you to set up a 30-minute call to share your results with you, and to discuss next steps towards improving your organization's workplace wellness. 

We accept 1 assessment every 6 months. Annual re-assessment is required for PALM Certification™.

If you have answered a question as not applicable because the implied situation is not applicable to your organization (e.g. you do not have any part-time employees), those questions will be excluded in the total; therefore, not impacting your overall results.

•   Submit your PALM Certification™ application with applicable fees  
•   Complete your PALM Workplace Wellness™ Assessment

Your PALM Certification™ is valid for 1 year from the date issued.
